Free items are added when you meet specific criteria, for example: 5 or more items in cart. Most of the free items can be purchased separately on the store at full price. We have to apply a special coupon on your cart to make free items free. Since you can use only one coupon at a time, you may remove the coupon for the free item and add instead another coupon of your choice, such as 20% off. In this scenario the free item will no longer be covered by the special coupon we created for you, and will be listed at full price in your cart. Please make sure you review items in your cart before completing checkout.
Also, we've noticed that some visitors using ad blockers and other content-filtering software might never see the special coupon to make the free item free. Such software blocks the scripts dynamically applying the coupons to your cart. This is something beyond our control and against store policies.
