If an inaccurate or wrong address is provided please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to locate your order and make the address change. Our automated systems are designed to process orders almost immediately (within minutes), so it is challenging to fix address after you finalized the order. You may have to place another order.


With Express Shipping:
If your package already shipped (we are usually really fast!) address changes can be made directly with the carrier service. When you receive your tracking number, please call the carrier directly, e.g. DHL, UPS, Fedex.
