Important notes:


a) Shipping, handling and order processing (S&H) are not refundable. That's 10$ per item for all orders shipped with regular service, regardless of any coupons/promotions used at checkout. For all orders shipped with express, S&H is charged at checkout, you can view S&H cost on your invoice. Some exceptions may apply for very small (e.g. body chains) and very large (e.g. pool floats) items.


b) Use regular post service to return items. Express services will often charge taxes and duties, even when not applicable (i.e. you already paid taxes). Do NOT use UPS, Fedex, DHL services for returns. 


c) We cannot accept items that have been worn or altered. We do not accept swimsuits with missing hygienic protections. Even if returned, all used, broken, or altered items will not be refunded.


d) Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges for the exchanged item. A tracking number must be provided by customer to confirm goods have been shipped back.


e) Some items cannot be returned, double check in the product listing if your product is eligible for returns.


f) All items must be returned in their original condition: unused, including all tags and original packaging. We will not refund the value of any missing component. Missing or broken bags will be charged $3. Removed hygienic liner will be charged $10. Professional cleaning will be charged $10.


g) All claims must made within seven (7) days of delivery.


h) Refund will be processed via a store credit, and a unique gift card number will be issued for you. You can use it for any upcoming purchase on Riviera Coco. Only gift cards can be issued as refunds.


i) Never send products back to the address mentioned on the parcel. It is not the address of our warehouse. Our office is only accepting mail not parcels and therefore cannot accept your returned goods. To obtain the address of the Return Center please use the form above.
