Short answer is, generally, with regular shipping: no taxes.

Detailed answer: For most destinations, the regular shipping method we are using already includes duties and taxes and you don't have to worry about anything.

However in certain cases customers have reported being asked to pay a small extra at delivery, during the customs process (e.g. Brazil) or after delivery, specifically when using express shipping.

Riviera Coco does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.

Note that the authoritative document for products price is the invoice you already received by email, not the shipping label. Information on the shipping label is not authoritative and for any questions about product price you should always refer to what was billed as listed on the invoice.

Please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges or confirm with Duty Calculator.

In some countries such as Argentina and Brazil, authorities require you to provide a "tax number" for importing goods. In those cases we will send you an automated email to ask for that number. It is your responsibility to make sure you are complying with you local regulations.
